Sarah has extensive experience coaching leaders in small and large organisations including internationally and up to board and CEO level has coached hundreds of leaders during her career. Her passion, care & love for her job is represented in the quality of service Sarah provides.

Gillian has her own Virtual Assistant business 'All That Admin' and started doing admin and Career Kickstart Challenge work for Flourish in early 2021.

 

Gillian supports people with enthusiasm & positivity and loves the fun environment within the Challenges. A Mum to 2 teenagers and a little white dog.

Having studied a degree and masters in Business & Marketing at Bangor University, Ioan joined the team in June 2021 as Digital Marketing Manager.

 

His energy & passion for digital marketing mixed with the desire to help others made him a perfect candidate to represent Flourish online.
