I'm currently studying my CIPD Level 7 with Flourish, having also been tutored previously by Sarah for my level 5. Tutors are very supportive and they understand the challenge of studying alongside work. I really enjoy the interactive live classes, but also having the option to study independently with on demand videos provides great flexibility. It's been great to study alongside a cohort of other students for that peer support too. When I've needed extra support, tutors have been available for 121s throughout the week particularly around assignment deadlines. The course content is explained clearly and expectations are always outlined from the beginning which defintiely helps plan my study. I would recommend Flourish to anyone considering studying Level 7 for a professional yet personal approach.

Having recently completed my level 5 CIPD with Flourish I have to say the whole experience has been brilliant. From starting the course right through to completion, Sarah and the flourish team were always on hand to help and guide. The course it’s self provides a great mix of live and pre recorded online material and in particular I found the live classes to be extremely beneficial due to Sarah’s approach, really bringing to life the content through using a good mix of real life examples along with applying different contexts to help better understand the varied topics. I’m pleased to say since completing the course I have been able to apply my learning and have also secured a promotion.
