I'm currently studying my CIPD Level 7 with Flourish, having also been tutored previously by Sarah for my level 5.
Tutors are very supportive and they understand the challenge of studying alongside work. I really enjoy the interactive live classes, but also having the option to study independently with on demand videos provides great flexibility. It's been great to study alongside a cohort of other students for that peer support too.
When I've needed extra support, tutors have been available for 121s throughout the week particularly around assignment deadlines. The course content is explained clearly and expectations are always outlined from the beginning which defintiely helps plan my study.
